The Nuestra Señora de Gracia University Residence has been serving students for more than a decade. Own kitchen, personalized attention, cleaning service… are examples of some of the services you can find. Their priority is comfort and family treatment.

Living in the Nuestra Señora de Gracia Residence is an extraordinary experience for students. The residence has all the possible comforts so that students feel at home.

We have 25 rooms, doubles and singles and some have an internal bathroom. We guarantee the quality of the rooms, a healthy and complete diet and a good rest.

Its location is unbeatable, in the Magdalena neighborhood, in the very center of the city with bus stops just a few meters away, and a few minutes walk from various faculties. It is a very quiet neighborhood and has all the necessary services, since it is in the commercial area of ​​the city. It is also close to youth leisure areas without the need to use public transportation…​
